A Strength Based Approach to Improving Your Life and Relationships

My guiding principle in psychotherapy is grounded in assisting you to access and develop your existing strengths and inner wisdom, to improve your quality of life and relationships.

I have extensive experience helping couples and individuals address issues such as work/life balance, stress management, high-functioning autism, depression, anxiety, coping with chronic illness, self-esteem, social and other phobias, trauma and LGBTQ-issues.

My approach is one of integrated modalities, from deep psychodynamic work, to a host of evidenced-based therapies, and mindfulness-based modalities. I integrate the modalities best tailored to suit the needs and wants of each client. The goal is that of achieving measurable and observable improvements in your internal and external life and relationships.

I am bilingual and bicultural and also conduct culturally-sensitive psychotherapy in Spanish.
